In this demand he will detail the characteristics of the job and the person they are looking for.
Following the selection process the agency's psychologist along with a reprezentative from the Customer Service Department, will identify those persons that fit the demands.
Follows a meeting (or a set of meetings) at the agency's headquarters (or in another place specified by the client) between the employer and the potential employees, from witch the right person is
chosen.
