Through this service Blu offers you a safe way to develop and increase the fidelity of your employee. The knowledge you gain in this course are basic knowledge for a person taking care and educating a baby.

Procedure

Blu will organise monthly this babysitting course starting 29.04.2006.
The duration of this babysitting course is one month and it's split in 8 sessions of 4 hours, distributted in 4 weekends, one session on Saturday and one on Sunday.

At the end of the course you'll have an exam and, depending on the results of the babysitting course, you'll get a personal sheet that will contain :
- your level of knowledge in babysitting
- the progress you accomplished
- feedback and advices for possible deficiencies in babysitting
- recommendations for the beneficiary family

The course will have groups of maximum 25 students.

The content of the babysitting course

- the baby's food for all levels of development
- the health of the baby: analyse, prevention and maintenace
- first aid
- education technics : refusal handling, persuasion techique, critical situation
- we play and we learn authority, and acceptance of authority
- interaction with employers / other members of the family (coparticipants at the employee's activity) present in the house / other employees
- motivational methods of the employers to help get a better efficiency and professional satisfaction
- know the dynamics of the conflict in order to analyze it;
- decision making in conflict situations
- key-criterias in negociation; the specifics of the negociation
- technics for modification / adaptation/ turning objective the perception of the candidate/ employees over the families they'll work for and over the company that mediates the hiring.
- attitudes formation in accordance to a social perception anchored in reality
- get to know the stress sources at work
- developing technics for dealing with or avoiding stress at work
- developing responsability for the results of your work
- balancing the possibilities and choosing the right solution

Prices Babysitting Course

The price of the course is 400 RON and it includes the course and the results of the final evaluation.
