the necessary time for the following selection of these packages
is added to the guarantee period, thus prolonging the guarantee;
"Preview"= the meeting between an employer
and a potential employee;
"Selection"= the succession of meetings
between an employer and the potential employees intermediated by Blu Servicii, finalized with the selection of
one person. A selection has as many previews as necessary for the employer to choose a person;
all the candidates are recommended to take the medical exams and
are asked for the judicial criminal record;
the minimium wage used by Blu Servicii to perceive its
commission from is 440 RON (the minimum wage);
part time= five days /
week schedule, maximum 6 hours / day or three days / week, maximum 10 hours / day (maximum 30 hours / week);
full time= five days / week schedule,
maximum 10 hours / day (maximum 50 hours / week);
long schedule= five days / week schedule,
maximum 12 hours / day or six days / week, maximum 10 hours / day (maximum 70 hours / week);
internal program= permanent schedule, with
the possibility of a few days off / month;
the meetings between the employer and the potential employees
occur at the company's headquarters; should the employer ask for the meetings to occur in a specific location,
Blu Servicii will perceive a 60 RON fee for every meeting;
Blu Servicii perceives a 75 RON fee for the beginning of the recruitment;
Blu Servicii perceives this commission
according to the package acquired when the employer chooses a person from its database.
