My name is Teodora Ioan and I'm a psychologist-recruiter within the Blu Servicii recruitment agency.

At Blu Servicii, the recruitment is the first step in defining somebody's personality. The psychological testing is the second step and the most important and defining a person, from all points of view. The recruitment consists in a first interview and a discussion with the person that wants a job. The testing means discovering the personality and the necessary qualities for a certain job, through a set of tests.
