In order to meet our clients demands, Blu Servicii keeps up-to-date its data base.
For this, we have an intense recruiting activity through ads in the Bucharest and national newspapers and through active recruiting campaigns in
the streets. These initiatives attract numerous demands to join the agency's data base.
In order to join our data base, each person must pass our initial selection. We believe that any quality thing must have a solid foundation
and that's why this first step is treated very serious by our team.
Which are the components of the initial selection ?
a) Phone filtering of the candidates
This first step will only keep the candidates that, theoreticly, are eligible to occupy a job in the company's areas of interest.
We have perfected a criterias system that follow : experience, professional activity, level of education, health, schedule availability,
and not the last, the behavior characteristics shown in the phone interview.
b) The interview
Following the phone filtering, the candidates are invited at the company's headquarters to have an interview with the agency's psychologist.
The interview has many objectives. It's a sharper filtering of the candidates, their gestures and attitude are analyzed, the motivation is brought
up in the discussion.
The interview is filmed, we make a interview sheet and we check the identity papers of the person. The persons that pass this interview and go to
the next level, are scheduled to have the psychological testing.
The exchange of information comes from both sides, a slight conciliation on punctual problems is made the procedures of collaboration are
explained better.
c) Psychological and aptitude testing
This has a collective character and it's made of more tests that analyze the personality, attention, short time memory, pathological tendencies.
After this test, certain persons are accepted which are between the normal limits and they are given a psychological profile that has a very
important role in the selection process.
d) Permanent evaluation of the candidats and completing the file
After admission in the data base, the candidate must fill in a file with identity papers copies and medical analysis.
Due to tha fact the completion of the file doesn't have a specific duration, being influenced just by external factors, the persons from the data base
are invited to meetings with the potential employers. During these meetings, they are permanently evaluated by the Blu Servicii staff.
Punctuality, appearance, and also the behavior during these meetings with the clients provide precious information that are taken into account.
How do we make the "SHORTLIST" for a certain demand ?
When a potential employer wants to find a person for a specific job, he writes down the details together with the Blu Servicii representative who
instruments the demand with a set of criterias that help make the "shortlist". It's recommended that these criterias by quite slack,
because in certain cases, very rigid criterias can prevent a capable candidate to appear in the shortlist, although he might be the ideal person
for the job.
What contains the complete file of a candidate ?
Fot the housekeeping and old-sitting jobs :
copy of the ID
copy of the study degree (the last institution which he studied in or other diplomas,
trainings, if it's the case)
copy of the labour book (first and last two pages)
recommendations from the families he/she worked for (if it's the case)
judicial criminal record (original or copy)
certificate from the family doctor
basic knowledge test from the areas of housekeeping and old-sitting (provided by Blu Servicii)
